Can you please log out and log back in to your Hostinger account, now?

You should be able to proceed with 1-year renewal:

If the error persist, try to change to 2 years first then change it back to 1 year billing period.

Step 1:- Click on 2 Year then click 1 Year.

Step 2:- Choose Payment method enabled and problem solved if one year renewal then click on 1 year button.

Step 3:-  1 year plan with no error show, your problem solved done.
